ATA133/ATA100 drives and performance

I have an AGPset 82371AB/EB (PIIX4/4E) Ultra DMA/33 Intel motherboard. Will an ATA133/ATA100 work? Or do I have to get ATA33/66?
You can use ATA133/ATA100 drives because they are backwards-compatible. You won't get the improved performance that ATA133/ATA100 offers, however, and you won't be able to access more than about 120GB of storage. You can always purchase an ATA133 PCI card if you really want to access the improved ATA interface.
