This is an Internet Explorer (6.0 w/sp1) problem. When visiting a Web site and viewing information at that site contained in Adobe Acrobat, my I.E. will crash. I cannot navigate back from the PDF. The system error report is: "C:\DOCUME~1\BRUSTI~2\LOCALS~1\TempWERF29tmp.dir\00IEXPLORE.EXE.mdmp". Can you help me with this problem?
Anytime you have an error coming from a Temporary directory, my first recommendation is to empty the directory. This prevents calls to invalid or corrupt files, and gives you a "clean" start. You can clear the IE temporary files via Tools menu.
