Allowing users to avoid security and print over their network

When a remote desktop user tries to print to a network printer, the system requests credentials to be supplied and they must be administrator credentials or it won't work. How can I stop this from happening to allow users to print over the network without security getting in the way?

It sounds as though the printer permissions may need adjusting. Make sure that non-administrators have permission to use those network printers.
