Block ICMP messages and echo replies to ping requests

Thanks for the great tip on how to block inbound traffic to ports 139 and 445 on workstations. Is there a similar security rule/policy that blocks Internet Control Message Protocol (ICMP) messages and prevents the workstation from sending an echo reply to a ping request? If so, how can I do it? Thanks in advance.
Yes, one of the default IP Filters available to you will affect "All ICMP Traffic," allowing you to either allow or deny that traffic to or from a given host, IP or subnet.
