Bug check with remote SMS session, but no dump

Bug check with remote SMS session, but no dump

I am getting the same bug check when I open a remote SMS session. I have a couple of servers that are reacting this way. The only thing is that I am not getting a dump. The computer has rebooted from a bug check. The bug check was: 0x0000001e (0xc0000005, 0x00000000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A full dump was not saved.
If you are having that kind of problem when trying to use SMS Remote Control, check the video driver of the servers that are having the issue. Out-of-date video drivers are the most likely culprit.
