Can I eliminate the ability to cache passwords on a VPN connectoid?

How can I eliminate the ability to cache passwords on a Windows 2000 Professional VPN connectoid?
This depends largely on the VPN system being used. If it's the native Win2k VPN system, then you can use a Registry edit to disable all dial-up password caching:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESystemCurrentControlSetServicesRasmanParameters] "DisableSavePassword"=dword:00000001

If you're using a third-party VPN system, then it would depend on that system's individual capabilities.
