Can I recover a file I deleted remotely (and can't get back from the recycle bin) if I haven't reboo

I remotely deleted a file from my network and currently I'm unable to recover it from my recycle bin. Is there a way I can recover that deleted file if I didn't reboot my system?
Not easily. Files deleted across a network drive are not stored in the recycle bin. The file contents may still be physically on the disk, so it's theoretically possible for a third-party application to recover it (like the old Undelete application). However, there's nothing built into Windows that can save it.
