Can users select 'no' on the reboot notification window after they receive updates?

In SUS, after the clients receive the updates, is there a way for the users to select "no" on the reboot notification window? As it stands now, the "no" selection is grayed out and it can't be minimized.
You'll want to install SP1 for SUS and use the new wuau.adm to set No Auto-Restart for Scheduled Automatic Updates installations.
