It can be done. IP migration is a difficult task because you need to update client configurations, server configurations, DNS, routers, etc., and you usually need to do it with minimal downtime. I can't provide a complete description of the process, however. The DCs and Exchange shouldn't be a problem as long as the IP addresses of your DNS servers are updated on the clients and the systems dynamically update the appropriate DNS entries. Be sure to update the MX record so you can still receive mail. Verify that you've used hostnames, rather than IP addresses, in applications, Exchange connectors and other aspects of system configuration.
