Creating a trust between NT40 and W2k running AD

I am trying to create a trust between NT40 and W2k running AD. How is this done?
To create a trust between a Windows 2000 AD domain and an NT 4 domain, start the Active Directory Domains and Trusts utility. From the list of domains, right-click the desired Windows 2000 domain, choose Properties, and select the Trusts tab. This dialog should look familiar since it's practically unchanged from NT 4. The process hasn't changed from NT4, so I won't describe every step.
