Customizing Visual Effects settings

I would like to know if there is a way to customize the Visual Effects settings located in System Properties through unattend.txt file or another scripting method so that our automated builds are all standard.
One way to do this is with a post-install .REG file that changes the visual effects settings after the build has been deployed. This could be done through a logon script or through an MSI package pushed out to the systems in question.
