Does Windows 2000 include a firewall?

I recently installed Windows 2000 and after doing so I could not connect to the Internet. I need to take the firewall off but do not know how. Can you help?
Windows 2000 doesn't include a firewall! Sorry, I can't troubleshoot the problem without more information. Start by determining if you can reach your local network, and continue the troubleshooting from there. Good luck.
