Finding configuration tool in Windows 2000

With Windows 98 I could go into system tools and find a tool called configuration. I could check applications to start or not start during boot up. How do I do this in Windows 2000?
The same tool in Windows 2000 is actually part of the Computer Management console. Right-click on My Computer, select Manage, and look in System Tools | System Information | Software Environment | Startup Programs. To change any of these, you'll need to edit the Registry directly (look in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionRun).
