Getting error message when trying to install RDC

I have a Windows 2000 Pro laptop and I log on as administrator. When I try to install the RDC (which I've installed on various machines such as 95, 98, Me & Win2k), I get this messsage: "The system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation." I poked around policies and have no idea what policy is doing this or how to change it. Any ideas? It's a dial-up with Zone Alarm as firewall and has Norton AntiVirus.
I think it's Norton preventing the installation, especially if you're running the 2001 version. Try disabling Norton to see if the installation works then. The RDC will normally install quite happily on Windows 2000.
