HP Operations Manager or Microsoft Operations Manager?

What management tool would you suggest for monitoring NT/2000 event logs and services? We currently have HP Openview NNM to monitor our network devices. We are thinking of looking into HP Operations Manager or Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM). We value your thoughts on this issue.
Microsoft's products are, of course, written with a very close understanding of the system; HP's OpenView is written to work directly with MOM and so is basically an expansion of MOM's functionality. Perhaps you may want to look into HP OpenView's Service Desk product if you haven't already.
