Having admin page problems with SUS

I am using SUS to deploy patches. Recently, I have been having problems with the administration pages not loading, not authorizing updates, etc. I have completely uninstalled the SUS app, IIS Lockdown and IIS, then re-installed everything (there are no other apps on this server and this was a fresh install of the OS). Still I have the same problem. Any ideas?
The IIS Lockdown tool may be your problem. Did you install IIS Lockdown or update it recently?
