How can I add 900 users to a server without having to do each individually?

We are switching from a Novell server to a new server using Windows 2000. Each semester I need to add about 900 students as users on the server. At the end of the semester, these users are removed and new users are added for the next semester. How can I add these users without doing them individually? I thought I had a lead with a Visual Basic (VB) script but it does not seem fit our needs. Do you know of any tool or solution to this issue?
There are a number of different scripts and some of them may be better suited to your needs than others. Windows Scripting Solutions Magazine has one possible solution, although you need to be a subscriber to read, and I don't know if this would be the script you've used before. A VB script is actually fairly powerful and it would not be difficult to write one that involves reading the accounts to add or remove from a comma-delimited file. However, there are tools like Hyena that do the same thing, and include batch add/delete functions.
