How can I back up Exchange to hard disks?

I have an Exchange server 5.5 and I don't have a tape drive. Instead I have a spare drive on the network on which I intend to keep the backup of the Exchange server.

NTBackup is a very good tool but it only supports tape drive as a backup device, not another hard disk.

Pease tell me a method or the software that can make Exchange server backup on other hard disks.

I assume you're referring to the old NTBackup utility in NT 4.0 that only supported tape.

If you can network the machine to a Win2K box, you can use the backup tool on the Win2K box to access the NT machine's files and back them up to another drive or partition that way.
