How can I configure gateways for 35 workstations?

How can I configure gateways for 35 workstations?

I have a network of about 35 workstations which access the Internet via two T1's. Is there some way to configure them so if one gateway goes down, they will automatically switch to the other gateway?
You can enable Dead Gateway Detection on NT/2000/XP machines: http://www.winguides.com/registry/display.php/886/. This setting specifies whether Windows should automatically detect and use an alternate gateway in the event of transmiting a segment several times without receiving a response.
