How can I control the desktop wallpaper for all users?

I have Win200NT installed in my computer. I share the computer with a few users. Can I control the desktop wallpaper for all users so that Windows will change the wallpaper settings for individual user profiles?
Yes, you can specify default wallpaper through policies via Active Directory. On the AD server, open the AD GPO, go to User Configuration | Administrative Templates | Desktop | Active Desktop | Wallpaper, and make the appropriate changes there.
