How can I create a bootable floppy disk in Win2k?

I would like to create a bootable floppy to update the BIOS in my Windows 2000 Pro machine by using the appropriate *.bin file and AWDFLASH utility. I currently have Award BIOS v.4.51PG with BIOS ID 02/23/1999-i440BX-SMC60X-2A69KB0CC-00 and chipset 440BX/ZK rev 3. The Intel motherboard does not recognize HDD over 32 GB, and I would like to install a 40 GB drive. How I can create a bootable floppy disk in Windows 2000? Is this a white whale I'm trying to find? Thanks for your help!
