How can I determine where XP stores offline files and folders?

Can I determine where each offline folder is stored in XP? I would like my laptop to mirror some of the most important data used by apps, preferably including drive letter and directory structures. I could not find an option that would let me set where individual offline folders would be stored and I don't want them all in a big, top secret, only-MS-knows, bunch on one volume.

That big, top secret folder is exactly where Windows XP stores offline files. It's called the client-side cache. You don't really need to know where Windows XP stores these files, however, since they appear to be in the same namespace as when you're connected to the network.
