How can I increase the ARP cache size in Windows?

I have recently been made aware by our networking administrator that the default ARP cache size in all desktop versions of Windows is too small for some peer-to-peer services like Gnucleus. (He also tells me the default ARP cache size on Windows server is much larger.) Can you tell me how to increase the ARP cache size in various desktop versions of Windows? I've searched Microsoft's site but have not been able to find an answer.
In the registry, set or create the REG_DWORD value ArpCacheSize to the number of entries you want Windows to keep in the cache. This value is in HKLM | System | Current Control Set | Services | TCP/IP | parameters. The default value is 62 entries.
