How can I let users change power options in Win2k?

When applying a group policy in Win2k Pro, and having a user in the users group, how do you give them access to change power options?
You can use the new powercfg.exe tool which lets you manipulate power settings from the command line. This tool can be incorporated into a logon script which can then be enforced by group policy. For more details, check out this Microsoft article.
