How can I restrict users from seeing administrative tools?

I want to restrict ordinary users not to see (or) access administrative tools from the following:
  1. Right click my computer icon on desktop and selecting "manage" option.
  2. Accessing admin tools through control panel
  3. Enabling/ displaying admin tools from task bar advanced properties option.
  4. Disable accessing admin tools by running "MMC" from command prompt.

Most of these functions can be controlled through user and security policies. For instance, in the Group Policy editor under User Configuration | Administrative Templates | Control Panel, you can use the "Hide specified Control Panel applets" policy to restrict access to certain Control Panel functions. Detailed information about how to use Group Policy (since it goes beyond specific examples) can be found here: http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000/techinfo/howitworks/management/grouppolwp.asp and here: http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000/techinfo/planning/management/groupsteps.asp
