How can I turn off the wake up on phone ring option on my PC?

I do a lot of scheduled downloads of files which necessitates that I put my computer in hibernation mode with the scheduled tasks. Unfortunately, every time someone calls my phone, the computer wakes up, even if I don't want it to wake up.

How can I turn off the wake up on phone ring option while maintaining the option for the computer to wake up with the scheduled task/application?
One way to do this is to go to the Properties page for the modem in the Device Manager, then go to the Power Management tab and uncheck the box named "Allow this device to bring the computer out of standby." There is also the possibility that the system's BIOS may be set to do a wake-up/restart when the phone rings, so the power-management functions in BIOS would need to be disabled as well.
