How do I establish a default user profile that will apply to all regular users when they log on?
Create a default user profile. Complete instructions would require more than a few pages here, so I'm going to refer you to a good Web site for building default user profiles. However, I have to confess that I no longer use default user profiles to deploy user settings. It's too much of a blackbox-shotgun approach to deploying user settings. I prefer to use login scripts or tools such as AutoProf Profile Maker to deploy specific user settings when users log on to a computer for the first time.
