How do I rectify a page fault that is in a non-paged area?

Is there anything that can be done to rectify a page fault that is in a non-paged area?
I assume you're getting the "Page fault in non-paged area" blue screen message during booting. This is a tough one to narrow down. In fact, it can be caused by either software or hardware problems. Start by searching through Microsoft.com for that error message and seeing if any of the articles describe problems that you might be suffering from. If all else fails, I would suggest doing a repair on the system. If you're using one of Microsoft's recent operating systems, you can perform a repair by booting off of the Windows installation CD.
