How do I schedule an automated daily counter log?

How can I schedule a dailycounter log? I want to start the counter log at 7:45 a.m. and have it stop automatically at 15:00 p.m. Is there any way to this?
You can schedule counter logs in both Windows 2000 and Windows 2003 simply by clicking on the schedule tab in the counter log's properties. There, you can set start and stop times, as well as commands to run when the log stops.
