How do you force Win2k to do a complete hardware rebuild?

How do you force Wi2k to do a complete hardware rebuild? I know that you can delete the "Enum" sub from the Win98 registry and it will rebuild the entire hardware file. This would be extremely useful when putting a new motherboard into an existing system. So what is the Win2k equivalent of Win98's "Enum"?
Microsoft has a free tool called SYSPREP which can force the system to do the same thing. It's normally used for preparing a system for disk imaging, but since it forces a complete hardware redetect on the next bootup, it's essentially the same thing as what you're describing.

>> Download SYSPREP for Win2K
