How do you script a DOS FTP session that goes through a proxy/firewall?

How do you script a DOS FTP session that is going through a proxy or firewall? I looked through the Help and found all the switches to run FTP under Win2k, but nothing was mentioned about where to put proxy info.
You need to use the -s command line option to pass a text file to specify the commands you want to run.
