How does Altiris CMS rate with SMS?

Could you give me your take on Altiris CMS solution? Doesn't it have some features that overlap with SMS? Do you need both?
Altiris products and SMS are very similar in operation. There are certain features that Altiris has now, that will be included in the next version of SMS, SMS 2003 (due out in Sept.). For companies that already have SMS 2.0 in place, but want additional features such as software delivery to mobile clients, CMS is a great add-on. Those companies that don't have a management solution in place already would need to review both vendors' products to determine which one would work best in the environment.
