Is AD necessary to set up two Win2k WINS servers? Can Novell be the DCHP handler?

Do you have to use Active Directory in order to set up two Win2k WINS servers? Can Novell still be the DHCP handler in the mix?
No, you do not have to have Active Directory in order to use WINS. As well, based upon the information I scanned, Novell DHCP is still a go.
