Is Internet Connection Sharing possible on Windows XP and Windows 2000?

I have three computers connected via a hub; two are running Windows XP and one is running Windows 2000 Professional (set up as a web server). I want to have the Windows 2000 machine connected to the Internet and share its connection with the other two. Is this possible to do without a router?
Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) is available on Windows XP machines, but not on Windows 2000. One of your XP machines would need to be the "front-end" in this configuration if you are working without a router.
