Right now, the only certifications that apply to .NET fall under the developer umbrella. That is, you can pursue the MCSD or MCAD (visit http://www.microsoft.com/traincert/mcp/default.asp for links to all MS certification programs through the "Microsoft Certifications" menu entry on that page) and take .NET focused courses as part of the overall requirements for those credentials. But because .NET Server has yet to ship (and probably won't be shipped until late this year or early next year), the MCSE and MCSA programs do not yet include .NET-focused exams.
