Is there a converter from StarOffice 5.2 to Word 2000?

I am trying to find a converter. I am trying to convert from StarOffice 5.2 to Word 2000 and have scoured the Internet and the Microsoft download site to no avail. Can you point me in the right direction? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
StarOffice documents can be exported in RTF format, which Word can read transparently. If you're dealing with documents that have complicated markup or other features, you may have to take them apart and put them back together "by hand."
