A search of slashdot, ntbugtraq, support.microsoft.com and other sites does not list such a post-SP3 vulnerability -- Which is not to say it's not the case, the Internet creating such a level of information overload the way it does. If such a bug exists, the best source for "When will it be fixed" will be going straight to the horse's mouth -- microsoft.com. If you do not already subscribe to the announcement service for MS Hotfixes, go to microsoft.com/security and sign up, it's quite the life-saver.
