Is there a tool to remotely identify what user is currently logged on to which computer?

Is there a tool to remotely identify what user is currently logged on to which computer?
It is possible to see what users are logged onto or connected to a given server by selecting My Computer | Manage | Shared Folders, which lists all open connections for files. If you're talking about Terminal Services logins, that's done through the Terminal Services Manager in Administrative Tools.
