Is there a way users can click on a button to have a printer automatically install?

I am in the process of creating a new print server. The current print server is a NT 4.0 server and the new server is a Win2k box. I have already installed the printers on the new server, etc. My question for you is this: Is there a way to create a web page so that users can view all the printers and then just click on a button to have the printer automatically install? I have seen this in the past but I have not found any good information about how to do it.
