Loading the 'Server' service in Win2k Pro

I am running Windows 2000 Professional. Under services, I don't see the "Server" service. I know it should be listed, but for some reason it isn't. I need to know what steps I need to take to get this service loaded. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Install File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks on your network connection. In Control Panel, click Network Connections. Next, right click the Local Area Connection, and then click Properties. Make sure that you see File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks, as shown below. If not, click Install to install the service.
