What are the minimum requirements for MSCD and why are classes scarce?

The requirements for MCSD haven't changed yet, despite the upheaval in MCSE exams for Windows 2000. I'm guessing that Microsoft is working feverishly to incorporate their new .Net architecture into a revised MCSD program. That means they will be making announcements soon.
