The best way to do this is just to join the old domains to the new domain with Active Directory running on the new domain, and allow everything to propagate naturally.

I want to move users and their folders (including their rights to the folders) from three NT domains to a new Win2000 domain. Is there any software that will do this easily? And if so, what is the name of the software?
