NetBIOS over TCP/IP denies printer access

I have a Win2k domain, with several shared printers. When I turn off "NetBIOS over TCP/IP," the clients can no longer access the printers. What can I do to eliminate NetBIOS over TCP/IP and still allow the shared printers to be accesses?
You can use an IPSec Policy to restrict NetBIOS traffic to only go to and from specific IP address. Consult this article for more information
