Problems deploying IE 6.0 using IEAK

I want to deploy IE 6.0 using IEAK. I've customized the package via corporate administrator path and have enabled logon after restart with user-level access. During test deployment, I noticed that it still requires administrator privilege to complete the installation. How do I resolve this problem?

One way to get around this is to temporarily enable the Windows Installer system policy "Always install with elevated privileges." This can be done via Active Directory; once the deployment is finished, this privilege can be disabled.
