Problems with (Standard 6.0) "Adobe PDF" printer and Windows 2003 TS

I have problems with (Standard 6.0) "Adobe PDF" printer and Windows 2003 TS. The "Adobe PDF" printer works OK under Windows 2003 server but not on Windows 2003 TS. Even if I login as Administrator. Adobe is saying that it's not due with them. Microsoft has not been helpful either, but I believe it is something to do with security under Windows 2003. Can you please help?
As far as I can tell from the Adobe Partners Web site (http://partners.adobe.com/), Adobe 6.0 has not been tested on Windows Server 2003, and is not one of the operating systems listed in the product specifications. Adobe does make a specific version of Adobe 6.0 for Windows 2000 Terminal Services, which may work on Windows Server 2003, assuming this isn't the version you are already using.
