Skipped patches with the the SUS patch management solution

We recently implimented the SUS patch management solution, but we noticed that certain patches are not being deployed. MS03-024, MS03-043 and MS03-045 are skipped while other patches are pushing out without any problems. Are there any known issues with these patches?
No known problems, except that those bulletins have some long revision lists. Check to make sure the SUS server has downloaded the updates, that you have approved the updates, that the computers match the requirements for the patches, and that the computers haven't already installed those updates through another method.
