Stopping SUS users from declining updates

Stopping SUS users from declining updates

We are a Novell shop, so as a result our users are "administrator" equivalent for reasons I won't go into. I installed SUS server into the environment, and because the users are admin equivalent, they are still given the option to decline the updates. I need to force them with a reboot!! Is this possible?
In this case, (which is a bad situation, particularly for security reasons), you'll want to develop another method for rebooting the computers. There are many methods for getting this done, for example a VB Script (http://www.myitforum.com/inc/upload/8514Reboot.zip). However, you may also want to look into a product such as this one from 1E: NightWatchman.
