Trying to set up Internet Connection Sharing between Win2k and Win98 PCs via AOL

I am running a PC with Windows 2000, which is connected via a simple network to a PC running Windows 98. The network connection works fine for file and printer sharing. I am trying to set up Internet Connection Sharing using the Windows 2000 PC as the host. When I right click on the AOL connectoid (AOL version 7.0) in Network and Dial-Up connections, nothing happens, and I cannot access properties for this connection.
AOL doesn't support Internet Connection Sharing.
