If you are running Windows 2000 SP3 or later, or Windows XP SP1 or later, you don't need to install the SUS client. It is already included with these revision levels.

I am unable to install the SUS client. When I tried to install it, I got this message: "Microsoft Windows Update Auto Update requires Windows 2000 SP2 or Windows XP." I don't understand this because I used Windows XP to launch it.
