Users who connect through TS cannot print

I am running TS on Windows 2000 Server. I installed print drivers on this server (the same print drivers that the clients use). After verifying that the local and domain security policies have a deny "Prevent users from installing printer drivers" setting, users who connect through TS still cannot print. Do you have any suggestions or know of any other Web sites beside Microsoft that have all possible answers?
I hate to ask the obvious question, but have you enabled printer mapping, and are these USB or LPT printers? Some more details would be helpful.
